DESIGN WITH TOWN AND COUNTRY GARDENS
At Town and Country Gardens we believe that a garden is never finished! Gardens are an ever-evolving thing, changing with the weather and the seasons. Our experienced Landscape Design team understands this, and use their knowledge and experience to elevate outdoor spaces.
HOW IT WORKS:
Consultation
Our consultation includes a one on one meeting with the head of our Landscape Design team at your site. The consultation lasts appox. 60 minutes and is for anybody planning to go ahead with a concept or garden design, or for anybody just looking for some expert suggestions in their garden.
The Garden Consultation is a one off fee of $150. The Garden Consultation does not include any paperwork by our Landscape Design team. We encourage you to take notes of any information and suggestions. If you would like a typed document with information from your consult with our team, you can progress to the Concept phase.
Concept
Any works by our Landscape Design team in the Concept phase are billed hourly at $90 per hour. In the concept phase, our Landscape Design team can provide a written document with points discussed in your consult, rough design plans without sketches, plant suggestions for your site, advice on remedial works and reference images. The concept will conclude with a typed document for your reference.
Design
Any works by our Landscape Design team in the Design phase are billed hourly at $90 per hour. Your Design will include site sketches, plant sourcing by our team (plant names, size options, placements, suggested quantitates, and pricing), sourcing of any pots, planters or garden decor (dimensions, and pricing), and an overall quote for any works discussed.
In store meetings can be organised with the head of our Landscape Design team to discuss your design at a cost of $90 per hour.
Plantscaping
Our Landscape Design team specialise in soft landscaping. Our soft landscaping, or Plantscaping, service includes placement and/or planting of plants and trees, placement of pots and garden decor, and can include soft pruning jobs such as topiary shaping.
Any works by our Landscape Design team in the Plantscaping phase are billed hourly at $70 per hour per person. Our Plantscaping service does not include hard landscaping such as site leveling, construction of fencing, seating or garden beds, mowing, hedging, stump removal, or paving. Remedial works such as these listed above will need to be completed before our team can place and plant at your site.
POTTING AND MAINTENANCE JOBS
Depending on the availability of our team, we are sometimes able to take on small, local, maintenance and potting jobs. We enjoy doing these jobs and helping out our community, but our ability to take on these small jobs is limited by our staff capacity, which means we may not be able to book these jobs during our busy periods.
These small jobs may involve repotting balcony plants, pruning small trees, roses or topiaries, potting up plants into larger pot sizes, or installing plants on balconies or in courtyards.
These small jobs are billed hourly at $70 per hour per person with a minimum cost of $70.
